These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and euvip governing your access to and use of the euvip platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.
Registration and use of the euvip platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification documents are required before withdrawal processing for new accounts.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered euvip account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. euvip does not represent that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
2.5 Politically Exposed Persons. euvip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts belonging to politically exposed persons or individuals subject to financial sanctions. Such accounts may be subject to additional verification requirements or restrictions.
3.1 euvip is required under its licensing conditions to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframes specified, all documentation reasonably required for identity verification, including but not limited to:

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your euvip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 euvip staff will never ask for your password via any channel — live chat, email, telephone, or otherwise. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to euvip support immediately.
4.3 You must notify euvip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. euvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 All bets placed through your account — whether or not placed by you personally — are your financial responsibility. euvip will not void bets or reverse transactions on the basis that your account was accessed by another person where such access was made possible by your own conduct.
5.1 All deposits to euvip accounts are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 euvip does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the depositing player's own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be refunded and may trigger a compliance review.
5.4 euvip is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. If a deposit does not credit to your euvip balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your payment reference number.
5.5 Deposits are not interest-bearing. euvip holds player funds in segregated accounts in accordance with its licensing obligations, but player deposits do not accrue interest and euvip is not obligated to pay interest on deposited funds.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification procedures. euvip may withhold payment of withdrawals pending the receipt and review of required documentation.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
6.3 Processing times are indicative only. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. euvip does not guarantee processing times and will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

7.1 euvip offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both, as specified.

8.2 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. euvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, where the result was known at the time of placement, or where an obvious pricing error occurred. 8.3 Live Casino. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round (including stream interruption or dealing equipment malfunction), the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. Outcomes recorded prior to any technical failure are final.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your euvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirement completion on any bonus components) will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of all applicable withdrawal procedures.
11.2 Termination by euvip. euvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) prohibited conduct has been identified; (c) euvip is required to do so under applicable law or by its licensing authority; or (d) euvip determines, in its sole discretion, that continued account operation is not consistent with its regulatory obligations.
11.3 Where an account is terminated by euvip for breach of these Terms, euvip reserves the right to forfeit any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. 12.1 The euvip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, euvip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 euvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether euvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 euvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits euvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.5 euvip is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or technology failures that may affect your access to or use of the Platform.
13.1 All content on the euvip Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and the compilation thereof — is the property of euvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
13.3 The euvip name and logo are trade marks of euvip. You may not use euvip trade marks without prior written authorisation.
14.1 euvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, euvip will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to the address registered to your account, or via in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which euvip holds its gaming authority licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or bet outcome, you must first raise the matter with euvip's customer support team. euvip will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Where the dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to euvip's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's published complaints procedure.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
